Students who plan to apply for a temporary residence permit for the purpose of studying at Poznan University of Technology must use the new MOS system.
From 27 April 2026, applications are submitted exclusively online via:

How to Submit an Application
When submitting your application, you must:
- Create an account in the MOS system
- Log in via login.gov.pl using one of the following:
- trusted profile (Profil Zaufany)
- personal signature
- qualified electronic signature
- Provide the correct university email address:
css.mos@put.poznan.pl
University Supplementary Form – Key Requirement
After providing the university email address: css.mos@put.poznan.pl
- Poznan University of Technology will receive a supplementary form to complete,
- this form replaces the previous certificate of continuation of studies,
- the university has up to 30 days to complete it.
Important:
Without the completed and electronically signed form from the university, you will not be able to submit your application.
Recommendation: Do not delay starting the procedure until the last days of your legal stay in Poland.
What Happens After Submission?
After successfully submitting your application:
- you will receive a UPO (Official Receipt Confirmation),
- you will then wait for a summons from the Voivodeship Office to:
- provide fingerprints,
- submit original documents confirming the purpose of your stay.
